Moving is an incredibly stressful event. I was very thankful I hired Jay’s. They showed up on time, hustled to load the trucks, took great care wrapping and carrying each item, and delivered each box to its designated room. Their professionalism is far superior to any other mover I’ve hired in the Bay Area. I highly recommend them!

I used Jay's for a very small move of bulky furniture in the East Bay. They were very professional and courteous and efficient, and took great care of my things, wrapping them well to avoid damage. They called ahead to let me know they would be 15 minutes late for the pickup, which I appreciated. After I set up the initial contract, I submitted my replies and inventory lists that they requested. I got no acknowledgement. So, my one suggestion would be to acknowledge receipt of e-mails that lock in the contract and at least of the initial inventory information provided to them. Thank you Jay's!

These guys are awesome! I have had many many moves in my past, so I have a lot to compare them to. They're professional and prompt. I have NEVER had other companies take the care they did with my antiques furniture. They packed, wrapped, and moved each piece so carefully. I highly recommend them!
