Conroe is a city in and the county seat of Montgomery County, Texas, United States, about 40 miles (64 km) north of Houston. It is a principal city in the Houston–The Woodlands–Sugar Land metropolitan area.As of 2023, the population was 103,035. Since 2007, the city has increased in size (and population) by annexation, with the city territory expanding from 52.8 to 74.4 square miles. Some communities have attempted to fight such annexation. I am very happy to be working with Back Pain & Joint Center! Wonderful doctors, technicians and support staff. I have such terrible arthritis and they are giving me hope to avoid surgeries! They think outside the box to find remedies for healing, not just cover up symptoms. Highly recommend! All of the staff at Back Pain & Joint Center are knowledgeable and kind. Well versed in my problem and they were able to educate me on the plan of care and options. They listened, REALLY listened, responded and offered a variety of opportunities to help with my migraines. This is a whole health facility. This is not a band-aid facility. They focus only on the patient from the time you walk in, as well as follow up. Genuinely a 5 star office. You can tell each one of the team members care about everyone that walks through the doors.
